Duplicate Record Removal
Lists come from many sources and often contain duplicate fax numbers, contacts names or companies. ACS understands that our customers rarely want to send more than one fax to a certain recipient. Therefore, our system is capable of removing duplicate records based upon fax number, recipient, company or any combination.
High-Resolution Faxes
Using a variety of different methods, ACS makes it a point to provide the sharpest and cleanest fax documents in the business. We can even fax photographs! Send us a copy of the document you are considering for a broadcast and we'll fax you back a sample free of charge. You will be amazed by the quality we are capable of achieving!
Headers & Custom Merging
This feature is especially helpful when a fax needs to be routed to a specific person. We can merge any amount of information from your list or database to any point on your document, matching fonts and point size. List Maintenance
ACS provides fax list updating and maintenance free of charge! You may keep as many lists as you like on file with ACS and when you need to make additions, deletions or changes, simply provide the changes by phone, fax or e-mail and they will be made before your next fax broadcast. Highest Success Rates
Busy numbers are re-faxed at regular intervals and “voice answered” numbers are never attempted more than twice to avoid disturbances. Unanswered fax attempts during non business hours are automatically re-attempted early the following business day. All of this allows ACS to guarantee the absolute highest success rates in the business!
Automated Fax Removal
It is important to identify contacts that do not wish to receive information via fax. However, identifying these contacts on your own is very time consuming. ACS' Automated Fax Removal Service provides the recipients of your fax with a toll-free number they can call to have their fax number added to a Do Not Send (DNS) List for your specific account.
Complete Reports
At the completion of every broadcast, our system will automatically fax or e-mail you a report with important details about your broadcast. This report will tell you who did not receive the fax and why, the success rate of your broadcast, the number of duplicate records and the number of records that had no fax number.
