E-mail is quickly becoming the preferred method of communication for many businesses. Absolute Communication Solutions, Inc. has been right in the middle of this transition and has established itself as a leader in E-mail Broadcast Communication Services. The service is simple to use, all we need is a list of recipients with addresses and your message - we take care of everything else! The primary features of this service include:

HTML Document/Template Creation
The set up of your HTML E-mail Message is included with each and every ACS E-mail Broadcast. Simply provide the message in a format that can easily be converted to a web page (like Microsoft Word) along with any pictures or images and we take care of the rest! Additional charges will likely be applied if your message is provided in a format that does not convert to a web page (like a PDF).

E-mail Merging/E-mail Invoicing
Using our specialized system, ACS has the ability to merge an unlimited amount of information into your html e-mail message; giving you the ability to customize each message to a specific recipient. Many existing customers use E-mail Merging to send individual invoices, payment reminders and/or customized pricing information. Others use E-mail Merging to merge specific names, locations, dates, times and confirmations. ACS can even merge in active links and e-mail addresses. There is no additional charge for this feature – but you will need to provide your data in a consistent and accurately formatted fashion if you expect it to function properly.

Attachments and Hyperlinks
ACS can include one or more attachments with your broadcasted e-mail message. Attachments can be in any format, but it is recommended that you use a format that the majority of your recipients will be able to open. ACS generally recommends sending attachments as PDFs becasue most computer users have Acrobat Reader. However, if they do not, it can be downloaded for free (and ACS can provide a link to that download in your e-mail). We can also include hyperlinks in the body of your e-mail that will direct your recipients to your website, a specific e-mail address or a stored document or form. There are no additinal charges for attachments.

E-mail List Storage & Maintenance
When you send your E-mail Broadcasts with ACS, you have the option of storing one or more lists on file with your account. Should you have additions, deletions or changes to a list, simply contact our staff by phone, fax or e-mail and the adjustments will be made prior to your next broadcast.

Duplicate Address Removal
Some e-mail lists, or combination of lists, will contain duplicate e-mail addresses. It never makes sense to send the same e-mail to an address more than once, therefore our system automatically detects any duplicate e-mail addresses and removes them prior to broadcasting.
